Prohibited Use: Users shall not use the Bot for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited by these Terms, or in any way that disrupts the Bot, servers, or networks connected to the Bot. Users may not use the Bot to transmit any harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, or illegal materials.
Data Handling
Data Collection: The Bot uses the existing work email addresses from the Intelocate system to send notifications. No additional personal data is collected through the Bot.
Data Use: Data used by the Bot is restricted to corporate purposes, specifically related to the tasks and roles within the Intelocate system.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in the Bot and any content provided through the Bot remain the property of Intelocate or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Restrictions: Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Bot in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted to the users.
Termination and Suspension
Intelocate reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's access to the Bot if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the user has violated these Terms. Users can terminate their use of the Bot by ceasing to use it and notifying their system administrator.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
General: The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Intelocate does not guarantee that the Bot will be free from errors or interruptions.
Limitation of Liability: Intelocate, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Bot.
Changes to the Terms
Intelocate reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes through corporate communication channels or directly via the MS Teams Bot.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
