Collecte des Besoins

Pour commencer, notre équipe de réussite client planifiera un appel avec tous les intervenants du client pour comprendre le fonctionnement et la structure de votre organisation, les fonctionnalités dont vous aurez besoin, vos délais internes, et plus encore.

Configuration du Système

Ceci est l'étape la plus importante du processus de l'intégration. Ici, nous travaillerons à définir vos rôles et autorisations d'utilisateur requis, la structure des tâches et des catégories d'incidents, à construire des formulaires personnalisés, et à créer des modèles d'actifs.

Intégrations

Selon la structure de données existante de votre organisation, nous pouvons travailler avec vous pour mettre en place plusieurs API différentes afin d'intégrer les données utilisateurs, de localisation et de KPI à partir d'autres sources. De plus, Intelocate propose des fonctionnalités de téléchargement en masse pour télécharger les données d'utilisateurs et de localisation.

Processus et Automatisations

Une fois que votre structure organisationnelle est mise en place et que votre environnement est peuplé de données, nous pouvons travailler avec vous pour créer les automatisations requises. Par exemple, vous pouvez choisir quels rôles ou individus recevront des tickets en rapport avec les événements liés à l'informatique ou aux opérations.

Test et Formation

Dans cette phase, vous commencerez à créer des tâches et des tickets de problème, vérifier leurs attributions et coacher vos équipes sur les attentes et l'utilisation du système. Notre équipe est disponible pour toute formation nécessaire à différents niveaux de votre organisation. Bien que chaque entreprise choisisse de faire un pilote ou un lancement progressif, nous le recommandons fortement. Cette approche permet d'inclure un seul district ou région pour commencer à utiliser Intelocate, ce qui aide à ajuster les processus à petite échelle et facilite l'adoption initiale de la plateforme.
