• Data Collection: The Bot uses the existing work email addresses from the Intelocate system to send notifications. No additional personal data is collected through the Bot.

  
  

• Data Use: Data used by the Bot is restricted to corporate purposes, specifically related to the tasks and roles within the Intelocate system.

Intellectual Property

Termination and Suspension

Intelocate reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's access to the Bot if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the user has violated these Terms. Users can terminate their use of the Bot by ceasing to use it and notifying their system administrator.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
