While we tailor our onboarding approach to each customer’s specific needs, there are several fundamental steps in our onboarding process that are key to the success of every project.

Requirement Gathering

Our Customer Success team will schedule a call with your key stakeholders to understand your organization’s operations and structure, required features, internal timelines, and more.

System Configuration

This crucial step involves defining user roles and permissions, task and issue category structure, building custom forms, and creating asset templates.


We can collaborate with you to set up various APIs for integrating user, location, and KPI data from other sources. Intelocate also offers bulk uploading features for user and location data.

Processes & Automations

After building your organizational structure and populating your environment with data, we’ll assist in creating necessary automations, such as specifying roles or individuals to receive tickets related to IT or operational events.

Testing & Training

You’ll start creating tasks and issue tickets, checking assignments, and coaching your teams on system interaction. Our team is available to help with training at various organizational levels. We strongly recommend a pilot or soft launch, allowing you to refine processes on a smaller scale and facilitating initial platform adoption.

Go Live

When you’re ready to go live, our team is here to provide additional training if needed. We’ll schedule regular meetings to ensure your ongoing success, assist with processes, and discuss any feature ideas or improvement suggestions for the platform.
